The team at Tomorrow | TTH are a mixture of digital industry veterans, status quo challengers, exceptional creatives and lateral thinkers. Our backgrounds range from agencies to brands, retail to gaming and digital publishers to ad tech suppliers. What we all have in common is our collective commitment to build an agency that thinks differently, that challenges what has gone before and most importantly, a shared desire to be part of creating something very exciting.

Justin Brookfield

In 2015, Justin and Iain created Tomorrow TTH with Justin Thomas which is rapidly becoming one of the most exciting independent agencies in the UK. Justin’s focus within the agency is strategic management of key clients such as Amazon, 188BET and Zeek as well as leading the agency’s creative offering and the development of the Adgnosis brand.

His story

Justin Brookfield started his career in digital marketing in 1996 initially working client side for a dot.com start up before becoming the marketing director of Kitbag.com in 1998. Justin set up FUSE Media, his first agency, in 2001 working with clients like the Premier League, Totesport, Littlewoods and Tchibo before setting up Locker Room Sports with Iain in 2005. In 2006 Locker Room Sports acquired FUSE and which was rebranded as Locker Room Media and focused on performance marketing with a strong pedigree in retail and gaming. Key retail clients at Locker Room Media included Alibaba, Jack Wills, Jigsaw, Argos, Blacks, John Lewis, Millets and Ann Summers whilst Coral, Ladbrokes, SportingBet, Stan James and Bet Victor helped develop the agency's growing reputation in the gambling sector.

Iain Linkleter

In 2015 Iain & Justin set up Tomorrow Digital Media and merged that agency with TTH to create TomorrowTTH. Iain has responsibility for some strategic client input, business development and in his role as Managing Director largely oversees the running of the company pertaining to disciplines like HR, finance and the office infrastructure.

His story

Iain Linkleter has worked in digital media since moving into the sports content arena in 1998. Starting as a Commercial Director for major publishers such as Planet Rugby.com, TeamTalk.com, Sportinglife and Football365, Iain road the roller coaster of one sale to PLC, a merger, and MBO then ultimately a trade sale of the business to UKBetting in 2003.

In 2005 Iain set up Locker Room Sport with Justin Brookfield and shortly thereafter they acquired Fuse Media to create Locker Media Limited. As Joint MD’s they ran that agency for 10 years, largely as a performance based digital media agency. In that time, they worked for global clients such as Jack Wills, Ann Summers, Coral, Ladbrokes, Alibaba and John Lewis. Locker Room Media focussed on Paid Search, affiliate marketing, creative and display.

Justin Thomas

In 2015, the opportunity arose to create with Tomorrow Digital a new full-service performance marketing agency able to deliver world class campaigns with the nimbleness, innovation and service levels of a boutique agency and leveraging the increasing wealth of data available to drive performance. Along the way Justin has been chair of the IAB lead generation council, and a guest speaker and judge at numerous industry events.

Today in addition to guiding the performance team, Justin heads up the newly formed Data and Insight function within the agency which is positioned as a key point of differentiation and enables increased collaboration between the business and its clients.

His story

Justin Thomas completed his degree in 2000 and fell straight into the brave new world of digital media, progressing to Business Development Director at email marketing pioneer EDR plc before switching to Affiliate Future as Commercial Director when it was acquired in 2008.

Inspired by the entrepreneurial ethic of the affiliate industry and sensing good timing due to turbulent market conditions, Justin started T.T.H. Media in 2009, a performance marketing specialist providing affiliate management, email, lead generation, creative and paid social. TTH Media had an incredible growth story, peaking at a turnover of over £3.4 million from entirely organic growth and working with clients including The Economist, O2, giffgaff, Voyage Prive Time inc and Wowcher for which the agency won a 2012 PMA award.
